Wu Dang Tai Chi consists of fluid, gentle, graceful, circular movements - relaxed and slow in tempo. Breathing is deepened, slowened, aiding visual and mental concentration allowing your Qi to flow unimpeded throughout the body.

Wu style is one of four major styles; Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun. Tai Chi is proven to relax and strengthen both body and mind, and is suitable for almost anyone of any age or physical capability to learn.
